Acceptance and account responsibility
By accessing Accynt AI, you agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable law. Access is provided through Google authentication, and you are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account used to access the workspace. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, interfere with the service, or use another person's account or data.
Audio, voice, and acceptable use
You may submit audio only when you own it or have all permissions required to process it, transform it, and use the resulting output. You are responsible for consent, publicity rights, copyright, privacy, and any other rights connected with a speaker, recording, script, or target voice. You may not use Accynt AI to impersonate a person deceptively, facilitate fraud, create unlawful threats, evade safety controls, infringe intellectual property, distribute abusive content, or process material you are not authorized to handle. We may suspend or restrict activity that creates legal, security, abuse, or infrastructure risk.
Platform boundaries and API behavior
Accynt AI is an application and software-as-a-service workflow for audio upload, transcription, voice transformation, and result delivery. Processing is subject to supported formats, file-size limits, duration limits, daily allowances, provider availability, rate limits, and plan rules displayed in the product. You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent these controls, and you may not use automated requests to create duplicate jobs or excessive provider costs. Any future API or integration access will be subject to the credentials, documentation, quotas, and terms communicated for that access.
Generated results and third-party services
AI-generated audio is probabilistic and may contain pronunciation errors, artifacts, unexpected wording, or qualities that differ from the source recording. You are responsible for reviewing every result before publishing, distributing, or using it in a consequential context. Accynt relies on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, storage, and model providers, and service behavior may be affected by their outages, policies, or technical limits. You remain responsible for your own backups and for evaluating whether a generated result is suitable for its intended use.
Billing, suspension, and changes
Paid plans, pricing, allowances, and renewal terms are presented at checkout and may change for future purchases. Payment processing and subscription status are handled through the configured payment provider. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. We may also modify, discontinue, or improve parts of the service as the product develops, while taking reasonable steps to communicate material changes through the product or associated account channels.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accynt AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that every conversion will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or available indefinitely. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from generated audio, rights violations arising from material you submit, lost content that you failed to retain elsewhere, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable law gives you.
Questions and updates
We may update these terms as Accynt AI evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these terms, account access, or a suspected violation may be sent to support@accynt.com.
