Information we collect

Accynt collects your email and account identifier when you sign in, audio files you submit, conversion settings, and conversion records needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use Supabase to authenticate accounts and store application data, and configured audio-processing providers to transcribe and transform submitted recordings. We use PostHog analytics only when you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics without losing access to Accynt. Do not upload audio you do not have permission to process. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@accynt.com.

Retention and security

We retain account and conversion records for as long as needed to operate the service. Audio storage uses access controls and signed URLs where configured, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
