Contact and Support
Practical help for creators, developers, and teams building with Accynt AI.
Get help with your workspace
For account questions, Google sign-in issues, subscription access, daily processing allowances, or a conversion that did not complete, email our support team at support@accynt.com. Please include the email address associated with your Accynt account, the approximate time of the issue, and the page or workflow where it occurred. Do not include passwords, private API keys, payment card numbers, or audio recordings as attachments unless our team specifically requests a secure, approved transfer method.
Technical assistance and developer questions
Developers integrating Accynt into an application can contact us with questions about supported audio formats, conversion limits, voice workflow behavior, callback configuration, or production readiness. A useful technical report includes the request or workflow being attempted, the browser and operating system, a concise description of the expected and observed result, and any non-sensitive error message shown by the application. This context helps us reproduce the issue without asking you to expose credentials or user data.
Feedback and bug reports
Testing feedback is welcome, including notes about pronunciation quality, accent transformation, upload behavior, audio playback, accessibility, mobile layouts, and confusing product flows. For a bug report, describe the smallest sequence of steps that reproduces the problem and tell us whether it happens consistently or intermittently. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private information. Our engineering team reviews reports to identify regressions, prioritize reliability work, and improve the experience for creators and application teams.
Response and responsible disclosure
Accynt AI is an evolving service, so response times can vary with issue severity and support volume. Account access, security, billing, and data-loss concerns receive priority. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, describe the impact and the affected route or behavior without attempting to access another person's account or data. Send the report directly to support@accynt.com so it can be handled privately.
